SaleSaarthi Academy: Club plan (monthly ₹1,999 and annual ₹17,999)
Within the first 30 days: 100% refund
- If you cancel within 30 days of your first Club purchase, monthly or annual, you get a full 100% refund. No questions asked.
After 30 days: pro-rata refund
- After your first 30 days, refunds are calculated on the days you haven't used in your current billing period, counted from the date we receive your written request.
- Annual plan: Refund = (₹17,999 ÷ 365) × unused days. Example: you join on 1 January and ask to cancel on 1 April. 90 days are used and 275 days are unused, so your refund is about ₹13,561.
- Monthly plan: Refund = (₹1,999 ÷ 30) × unused days of the current month. Example: you ask to cancel on day 10 of a billing month. 20 days are unused, so your refund is about ₹1,333. Your plan will not renew after that.
- You can also simply cancel before your next billing date. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Gully is free, so there is nothing to refund.
SaleSaarthi Agents
Build
- If a Build project is cancelled, the refund is pro-rata: the amount paid, minus the value of the work already done, based on the days or hours already spent on your project up to the date we receive your written request.
- Work already delivered (setup, AI training, assets and documents) stays with you.
- The exact calculation is set out in your written proposal and agreement.
Partner
- Partner is billed after the service is delivered each month, as per your contract. Because you only pay for work already done, Partner payments are not refundable.
- You can stop Partner by giving the notice set out in your contract.
How to request a refund
Email hello@salesaarthi.com from your registered email, with your name, plan and payment date. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
