You must be 18 or older to use this site and our services.
2. Our services
SaleSaarthi Academy (Gully and Club) and SaleSaarthi Agents are separate services, each with its own terms set out here or in a written agreement.
3. Account and access
Club is delivered through the Nas platform and WhatsApp. Keep your login details private.
4. Payment and auto-renewal
Club monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing date.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site and services lawfully and only for their intended purpose.
6. Course material
All course material, recordings and templates are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell or repost them.
7. Community conduct
- Be respectful.
- No spam.
- No selling to other players.
- Keep what others share confidential.
8. Suspension or removal
We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules.
9. SaleSaarthi Agents
Agents engagements are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement. Everything built for an Agents client belongs to that client, with full knowledge transfer at the end of the Build or Partner plan.
10. No guarantee of income
We do not guarantee any income or results. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
SaleSaarthi is operated by Vivek Sharma, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Wherever this page says "we", "us" or "SaleSaarthi", it means Vivek Sharma, operating as SaleSaarthi.
